For your custom training, you will be provided with strength training and a cardio routine designed specifically for you to reach your goals.
If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM nutrition) plan tailored to you! Personalized macronutrients based on IIFYM philosophy. CTR will provide you with your base macros and these number will be adjusted as you reach various milestones.
Bi-weekly (every two weeks) check-ins with CTR and program adjustments as needed will be provided over email.
If you prefer to have your check-ins with Matt via Skype or over the phone, there is an option for this at a discounted rate.
